We have a mix of gathered activities for our celebration. As we draw nearer to the date, we expect to make proper adjustments to account for our guests' safety, however, there will be indoor functions.

There will be a shuttle for all the events running in and out of the Hyatt Regency hotel. Valet parking is available at the hotel for $20 — sorry. Street parking is available near the hotel and near all the event venues.

This is a reminder to please respect our wishes to be fully vaccinated prior to attending so we can protect each other and our loved ones.

Friday 15th  |  Welcome Dinner
McMENAMINS KENNEDY SCHOOL
What was once an elementary school is now a quintessential Portland experience. Remodeled to become a theater, hotel, and restaurant, this space certainly cranks up the weird.   (Visit Website)

When  |  Cocktail hour 6:00pm; Dinner 7:00-9:00pm
Why  |  Eatin', drinkin', and toastin'.
  • Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available.

  • Large private space with outdoor courtyard.

Cathedral City Park
Nestled under the St. Johns Bridge, this lovely overlook is where Alex & Athena will be doin' the darn thing! (Should you be driving, park under the bridge. If you've crossed train tracks, you've gone too far.)

  • Located beneath the St. Johns Bridge on Edison St.

SKYRISE
Shared workspace by daylight. Reception hall by moonlight. Lots of views of Portland's skyline. This is the space named Skyrise.

Why  |  To boogie-oogie-oogie (and eat)
  • Shuttle service to Hyatt Hotel following event.
  • Live band performance to rock our socks off.
  • Indoor, private space with lovely nooks. (And small outdoor balcony.)
  • Limited street parking. (Shuttle highly recommended.)
  • Masks and sanitizer will be available.
 
Sunday 17th  |  Brunch
 
The J CAFE
Located two blocks away from the Hyatt Hotel, this little cafe is operated by the kind Federico Rivera! He graciously welcomed our wedding guests for a private brunch for paninis, drip coffee, juice, and fresh fruit!

When  |  9:00am-11:00am (ish!)
Why  |  For goodbyes and thank yous!
  • Two blocks east of the Hyatt hotel.
  • Variety of half paninis, fruit, and beverages.
  • Private event with indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting).
  • Super duper casual and relaxed. Come and go as needed!
  • Masks are required while retrieving food and drink.
